Objective:
Create a definitive "go-to" guide for RelayHealth's vendors and internal teams on the correct usage of the newly minted Fuse brand.
Solution:
The final Fuse Brand Guide is a comprehensive 42-page document for constructing Fuse brand experiences. In addition to the standard brand components, the guide included an in-depth section on voice and tone. Working in partnership with our external vendor, EPAM, and corporate leadership, we forged a brand personality unique to the healthcare IT industry that would stand out amongst the competition.
